I bought both of these torque wrenches a couple years ago from Home Depot. I opened them up, checked the adjustment features, and then put them back in their cases and inside my tool box where they've stayed. I bought this set for home use and another set for work. I quit that job and decided to keep my other set of torque wrenches. Comes with over-sized case (real hinges and plastic clasps) and original paperwork. Both of these torque wrenches are a bit unique in that they sweep through their entire range of values in one handle rotation. They each have 16 positions that they lock into.

The 1/4" drive uses 15 in-lbs increments and the 3/8" drive uses 5 ft-lb increments. These are probably best for home use where exact torque isn't necessary. I wouldn't recommend these for head gaskets, but for caliper bolts, oil pans, valve covers, water pumps, etc they should work fine.
